Job Title: Spa Receptionist

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and members, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the "Arch Amenities Group Experience" for members and guests by maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the Facility Manager and submit all necessary paperwork and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate departmental maintenance procedures and checklists, and ensure proper coverage during shifts.
  • Participate in the Manager on Duty (MOD) schedule and assist with facility cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, handle money, and reconcile daily sales, deposits, and receipts.
  • Assist with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products, and contribute to special events and activities.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and work ethic skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, organize tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and to participate in the MOD schedule.
