Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our rapidly growing product organization to build the next generation of enterprise solutions powering the world's leading businesses across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive UX and product design across the entire product lifecycle, working with other designers and cross-functional teammates to set strategy and deliver a unified experience for our growth suite of Korn Ferry products.
  2. Collaborate with other design team members on the overall product vision, information architecture, and contribute to the new KF Design System.
  3. Practice human-centered design methods to shape the right product strategy and define the experience through deep customer and end-user research and testing.
  4. Work with Product, Engineering, Research, and Writing to prioritize experiences and jobs to be done with an effective balance of customer problem/value and end-user needs.
  5. Drive better understanding of our different users, how our solutions fit into their workflows, and how we can deliver our solutions in ways that help users operationalize our insights and intelligence seamlessly across their workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven UX design experience with about 5 years of experience designing cross-product experiences for Enterprise SaaS product suites.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into solutions that balance simplicity and power.
  • Human-focused design mentality with empathy and incorporation of user research and usability testing practices into the process.
  • Effective communicator and facilitator with experience working in and planning sprints, identifying opportunities for spike projects, and structuring workshops to drive outcomes quickly and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of core design principles and ability to accurately articulate design specifications for product development.
  • Inclusive design approach with experience designing SaaS solutions for Human Capital Management and Talent and Development, working with and contributing to a design system, and designing data visualization and insights solutions.
