- Education and Experience: Hold successfully completed business or technical studies or a comparable practical training, along with relevant professional experience in SAP customization and business process design.
- SAP Knowledge: Possess knowledge of SAP customization in the SD and CS modules, with experience in designing business processes and their implementation in the SAP environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ABAP programming is an advantage, as is experience with IT infrastructure management.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate analytical and systematic thinking skills, quality awareness, and teamwork, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
