About the Role

Boll & Branch is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our retail team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales through conversion of existing traffic and fostering repeat business through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals by providing an exceptional customer experience and promoting our high-quality products.
  • Customer Engagement: Focus on creating an inclusive and personalized experience for our clients, develop customer loyalty, and cultivate repeat business.
  • Product Expertise: Be an expert in all Boll & Branch products, including our 100% organic cotton bedding and home textiles.
  • Design Consultations: Assist with designing a client's space through sleeping habits and style preferences, and maintain store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer-ready at all times.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform daily paperwork reconciliation, maintain store cleanliness, and protect store assets and inventory.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be an ambassador for all company values and operate with integrity at all times, upholding the highest standards of customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year in a retail sales role (or comparable industry) with equivalent experience and transferable skills considered.
  • Knowledge: Basic retail math and cash management techniques, effective verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with standard office and retail environment equipment.
  • Skills: Positive attitude, ability to effectively engage with customers, and intermediate knowledge of G-Suite (including Google Drive/Docs), as well as Word and Excel.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer

Boll & Branch offers a competitive annual base salary range of $18 to $21, depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
