Job Title: Restoration Estimator

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE) + quarterly bonus potential, making it an attractive opportunity for skilled estimators.

Job Description: As an estimator for property restoration jobs, you will scope new projects, create accurate estimates, and work with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators to get those estimates approved. This role includes a mix of time in the field and in the office, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for helping people restore their homes and businesses after a property loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and accurately scope and estimate property restoration projects.
  • Work directly with insurance adjusters to have estimates approved.
  • Write estimates within third-party administrator guidelines when applicable.
  • Timely and accurately process insurance program estimate documentation.
  • Assist in account management responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pursue Work Authorization Form signatures from potential clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in scoping and estimating.
  • 2+ years of working directly with insurance adjusters.
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience utilizing Xactimate estimating required.
  • Experience utilizing Symbility estimating strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with third-party programs administrators ideal.
