About the Role
Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to adolescent residents admitted for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to residents, addressing their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Support residents in achieving their treatment goals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in child and adolescent psychiatric nursing.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with current licensure and registration by the South Carolina Board of Nurse Examiners.
- One year of prior child and adolescent psychiatric experience is preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
- Valid SC Driver's License preferred.
