Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Supreme Dumpling. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dish room and throughout our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas;
  • Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications;
  • Ensure dish machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes;
  • Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line;
  • Assist the prep cook during AM prep;
  • Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift;
  • Be punctual and on-time;
