Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ annually
Key Responsibilities:- Stay informed about local market trends to address client inquiries regarding potential properties and the surrounding area.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive additional sales.
- Follow up with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
- Seek out new leads to expand business prospects.
- Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to identify their needs and preferences, then assist in finding suitable properties.
- Collaborate with both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A proven track record in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Active real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
