Key Responsibilities:
The Clinic Director is entrusted with the responsibility of patient care within their professional scope. This role is accountable for various clinic performance metrics, including clinical excellence, financial outcomes, patient satisfaction, and visit counts.
- Effectively manage all aspects of the primary role as outlined in the specific job description.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, training, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to ensure alignment with company values and operational philosophies.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics as defined by Operations, focusing on clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patient feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Facilitate monthly staff meetings to ensure consistent communication and engagement.
- Manage clinic resources to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Ensure that all clinic staff complete required training programs (Core Content, CME, DOT, CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS).
- Develop and oversee the clinic schedule, approving expense requests, timesheets, and PTO to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations.
- Conduct interviews for clinical staff and provide hiring recommendations.
- Address all clinical complaints promptly and effectively.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the Supervising Physician.
- Complete mandatory compliance training and advocate for compliance within the clinic.
- Oversee performance evaluations and provide necessary counseling for direct reports, including termination recommendations.
- Recognize and promote performance that aligns with company values and quality patient care.
- Ensure adherence to Standards of Operation, Core Values, and all company policies among employees.
- Manage the annual review process for direct reports.
- Inspire and motivate the team to create a positive and efficient work environment that aligns with company goals.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the values and work ethic expected of the team.
- Facilitate training for direct reports and support ongoing development within the team.
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements that support company objectives.
- Provide training on Company Standards of Operations to direct reports.
- Conduct regular monitoring of standards through testing and evaluations.
- Perform physical and cognitive functions required for the position, as outlined in the job specifications.
- Build and maintain trust and credibility with clients and staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a supportive work atmosphere.
