**Responsibilities**

As a Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for delivering outstanding patient care through:

  • Assessing patient needs and formulating nursing diagnoses
  • Establishing care goals and planning interventions
  • Implementing care strategies and evaluating patient outcomes
In your role, you will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and fostering positive guest relations. You will provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the regulatory body.

**Expectations**
  • Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
  • Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and ensure timely documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, laboratory, respiratory therapy, and imaging services

**Qualifications**
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Registered Nurse license in good standing with the relevant regulatory board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through an accredited organization
