Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate New Graduate RN Medical Unit to join our team. As a New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
  • Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana.
