Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our healthcare team in Carthage, NY. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services

  • Monitor and manage resident care documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in long-term care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a generous salary range based on your experience and qualifications: approximately $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
