Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Operating Room/Perioperative Per Diem Team. As a Registered Nurse with Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct, you will have the opportunity to work in various operating rooms at our Newark and Wilmington campuses, serving in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, respect, and open communication within the team.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure required.
- Three years or more of Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience is REQUIRED.
- BSN required or commitment to acquiring within three years of the date of hire.
- CNOR certification is a plus.
