Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions to designated patient populations.
  • Perform independent, professional respiratory care, ventilator management, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations of care, including the establishment of therapy and treatment objectives.
  • Collaborate with patient care staff and management to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and outside healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Training program.
  • Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington.
  • Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care as CRT preferred.
