Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based position. As an SLP, you will work with students to enhance their speech and language skills, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution
  • State licensure in SLP
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in schools or related settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
