Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to meet the company's strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
  • 10+ years' experience as a manufacturing engineering director or senior manager.
  • Experience taking products from R&D into production.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
