Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Labor and Delivery unit. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
