$73,000 - $90,000 per year
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Dialysis team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - CAP 1. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease, including training and education on dialysis therapy, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides initial and ongoing education to patients and family members on dialysis therapy, self-care, and medication management.
  • Monitors patient progress, identifies potential issues, and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Trains patients and caregivers on the safe and effective use of dialysis equipment and supplies.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
  • Current CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing.
  • Experience with home dialysis therapy is preferred.
