Clinical Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Receptionist to join our team at McFarland Clinic in central Iowa. As a Clinical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have previous switchboard experience and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, directing patients to appropriate areas, and maintaining accurate records.
