Job Summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests at our quick service restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience that keeps them coming back.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and dining teams to ensure seamless service
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and coworkers to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
  • Previous food service experience a plus
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
