About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team at Spitzer CDJR in Cleveland. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while growing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders by listening to and clarifying requests, identifying automotive parts, and offering alternative solutions.
  • Complete sales by entering purchased items into the sales/inventory system, obtaining payment, and adding purchases to credit accounts.
  • Maintain parts inventory by verifying supplies, placing orders when order-points are reached, and stocking items in bins and on shelves.
  • Receive returned items by inspecting them, returning payment, issuing credit, and re-packing and re-shelving items.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to submit to and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
