About the Role

Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Manager Case Management RN to join our team. As a key member of our Case Management Department, you will play a vital role in promoting patient-centered care and coordinating hospital-based case management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the case management program, ensuring effective care coordination and case management practices.
  • Supervise and monitor professional and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and patient throughput, while supporting a balance of optimal care and resource utilization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of interactions, documentation, and assessments of the case management staff.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
  • 3+ years experience in clinical nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice according to law and regulation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • InterQual experience
