Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Behavioral Health Paraprofessional to join our team in Maricopa, AZ. As a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional, you will provide critical support to residents in our 24-hour living situation, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents in developing skills necessary for daily living.
  • Provide continuous supervision/monitoring to ensure resident safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist residents in arranging medical and behavioral services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications, such as First Aid and CPR. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
