Residential Quality Reviewer

This position is a part-time, independent contractor role.

Work is scheduled primarily on weekends, within designated appointment slots (typically lasting around 4 hours).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site visits and capturing images (approximately 3-5 photos per property) of the mechanical room. (Each review generally takes between 5 to 10 minutes to complete)
  • Traveling to occupied residences to perform quality assessments on the scheduled day.
  • Documenting review findings online using your personal tablet while on-site. Training will be provided on how to input a Quality Review Report into the reporting system.
  • Reviewers are not required to access rooftops.
  • No tools or ladders are necessary for the evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential construction.
  • Background as a Home Inspector, General Contractor, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
  • Experience in Home Renovation or Remodeling.
  • Familiarity with warranty walkthroughs with homeowners.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • A keen attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and consistency.
  • Reliability, with a commitment to completing work on the scheduled day.
  • Integrity, capable of working independently and adhering to instructions.
  • Ability to connect to the internet via Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with mobile devices and troubleshooting minor technical issues that may arise in the field.
  • A valid Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for site visits. (Travel time is not compensated, but management will aim to consolidate work orders to reduce driving time between locations.)

Required Equipment:

  • A tablet (either Android or Apple).
  • Access to email while in the field, either through a tablet or smartphone.

Compensation: Payment is based on the number of reviews completed.
