The ideal candidate will oversee project take-offs and bids, working closely with senior management to prepare accurate estimates for future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bidding schedule and run bid reviews with sales staff
  • Develop strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to facilitate bids going out and assist with submittals, LEED submittals, and Safety Submittals
  • Take off quantities for bidding purposes and develop shop drawings for awarded projects
  • Sit in on weekly sales calls to support PM's and demonstrate industry knowledge and ability to read civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and RCP construction plans

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial construction with a preference in Division 7,8,9 on new commercial projects
  • Proficient in Bluebeam software and a detailed-oriented team player with the ability to multi-task
