Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our lab/life science sector construction projects. The successful candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience managing life science projects, fit out and small ground up project experience, and a strong understanding of Procore.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and schedules.
- Manage the on-site construction team, subcontractors, and trades, enforcing safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to develop and implement project schedules, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site, resolving any issues that arise during construction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred.
- Strong literacy of MS Word and Excel.
- Working understanding of Procore.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive base salary ($110,000 - $130,000 per annum).
