Job Overview

As a Water Filtration Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our FillPure water purification systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and diagnosing issues related to FillPure water filtration systems.
  • Assembling and servicing water and flavor dispensers.
  • Providing local, regional, and national support for filtration systems and dispensers.
  • Conducting tests and documenting data pertaining to the functionality of all machines, including new technologies.
  • Assessing triaged equipment and salvaging parts for recycling or disposal.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Offering technical support via phone for the FillPure program.
  • Training pharmacy customers and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensuring software quality assurance.
  • Assisting the warehouse with various projects requiring additional focus.
  • Supporting trade shows and managing inventory.
  • Engaging in additional projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively (25% overnight).
  • Exceptional customer service skills and phone communication.
  • Experience with water filtration systems is advantageous.
  • Possession of a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel by car and air.
  • Knowledge of water quality is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent use of computers and telecommunication devices.
  • Traveling by car and airplane.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces at customer locations.
