We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Springpoint Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living services.
As a LPN at Springpoint Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and supervising daily nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing services to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Make regular nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide support to residents in need.
- Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs and ensure their needs are met.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
- Maintain resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
- Assist with resident assessments and coordinate care plans to meet their unique needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid LPN license required.
- CPR certification required.
- 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred.
