About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Trauma Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to pediatric trauma patients as a member of our well-established practice. As Idaho's only Children's Hospital, St. Luke's Children's is a Level II verified/accredited Pediatric Trauma Center with a vast referral network.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise in pediatric trauma care, including assessment, treatment, and management of complex cases.
  • Work collaboratively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Master's degree from an accredited program in Physician Assistant studies or related field.
  2. Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with eligibility for licensure in Idaho.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in pediatric trauma care, with ATLS certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
