We are looking for a seasoned Property Damage Recovery Technician to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients in Houston, Texas. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $70,000.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity to work on a wide range of water damage restoration projects, from small residential jobs to large commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing property damage, developing restoration plans, and collaborating with our management team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of property damage to identify restoration needs.
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients through various channels.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism throughout all aspects of the job.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in structural restoration or a related field.
  • IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to operate company vehicles safely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing situations.
