About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established group of Surgeons in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and is committed to excellence in all aspects of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate with all Surgeons to provide comprehensive patient care
  • See 20-25 patients on clinic days, including initial work-ups and follow-up appointments
  • Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and refer patients to physical therapy or other specialists as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center environment, seeing 4-5 cases per day
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a PA program
  • Washington State Medical License
  • Interest in orthopedic surgery and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
Perks
  • Base salary of $125,000 and up
  • Profit/revenue share of 4% divided quarterly
  • Full health insurance benefits, including vision and dental
  • Three weeks of PTO and 7 CME days annually
