As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience by providing expert knowledge, product information, and technical assistance. Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments is essential to staying ahead in this dynamic field. By leveraging social media platforms effectively, you'll contribute significantly to boosting brand awareness and driving sales growth for Mattress Firm.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and qualifications. As a new sales associate, you'll also be eligible for a performance-based bonus after six months of employment.
