Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pearl of Elk Grove. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel in planning shift services
  • Make reports and recommendations on shift activities
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as necessary
  • Lead nursing personnel on your unit/shift
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians
Qualifications:
  • Current Illinois Nursing License (Required)
  • Current CPR certification (Preferred)
