We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at HR4ALL in Savannah, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and historical data to deliver accurate estimates of materials, labor, and equipment required for project completion.

This position is pivotal in ensuring the success of our projects, requiring strong analytical skills, industry experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed takeoffs and utilize historical data to prepare accurate project estimates.
  • Ensure that files and documents related to estimates are organized and include accurate supplier pricing, market trends, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports, bid packages, and project insights to field personnel for awarded bids.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training/experience.
  • Proficiency in estimating and bidding software, roadways project experience - experience with Roadways / Asphalt projects.
Compensation:

$90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
