Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee custom build projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in controlling costs, managing subcontractors, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Determine necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Train and manage construction workers and laborers, fostering a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate building permit applications and facilitate the approval process.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with expertise in controlling costs and managing subcontractors.
  • Highly organized with basic computer skills.
