Pharmaceutical Care Specialist
Elite Staffing Network is actively looking for a Full-Time Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our team.
Work Schedule:
- Available Sunday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours each week
- Shift hours range from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Position includes weekend and holiday shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive array of pharmacist functions
- Provide extensive pharmaceutical care services to patients
- Advise patients regarding their medication usage
- Examine patient medication profiles for precise therapy management
- Engage with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies
- Oversee the management of pharmaceutical inventory
Specific Administrative Responsibilities:
- Deliver services within a clinical environment
- Work collaboratively with medical personnel on outpatient medication plans
- Supervise drug therapy management and suggest alternatives when necessary
- Offer clinical pharmacy services to various clinics
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is mandatory
- Minimum of one year of professional pharmacy experience required
- Must possess an active pharmacist license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is necessary
