Pharmaceutical Care Specialist

Elite Staffing Network is actively looking for a Full-Time Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our team.

Work Schedule:

  • Available Sunday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours each week
  • Shift hours range from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Position includes weekend and holiday shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive array of pharmacist functions
  • Provide extensive pharmaceutical care services to patients
  • Advise patients regarding their medication usage
  • Examine patient medication profiles for precise therapy management
  • Engage with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee the management of pharmaceutical inventory

Specific Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services within a clinical environment
  • Work collaboratively with medical personnel on outpatient medication plans
  • Supervise drug therapy management and suggest alternatives when necessary
  • Offer clinical pharmacy services to various clinics

Essential Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is mandatory
  • Minimum of one year of professional pharmacy experience required
  • Must possess an active pharmacist license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is necessary
