Industrial Process Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Process Manager to join our team at Drax Group in Demopolis, AL. As an Industrial Process Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pellet production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the drying processes and production of pellets using HMI tools
  • Manage the movement of pellets into railcars
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the department
  • Utilize SDS for all chemicals used in production and ensure adequate training for employees
  • Complete safety-related Plant Operator Development Program training requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industry operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Able to operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Benefits: Competitive hourly wage, great benefits starting day 1, and a 401K matching plan
