Job Summary:

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for our Guests through the preparation and presentation of our menu. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a passion for food, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook all food items according to recipes and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Ensure that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times
Sell food within recommended time frames to meet Guest expectations
Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
