Affordable Housing Community Director

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affordable Housing Community Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and enhance the value of our affordable housing properties, managing staff and resources to meet client objectives and expectations.
- Develop and implement effective leasing and occupancy strategies to maintain high occupancy levels and maximize revenue.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication with residents, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development.
- Affordable Housing Accreditation or other applicable designations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a relatable field preferred.
- Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
