Job Title:IT/IS Analyst II
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT/IS Analyst II to join our team at TalentBurst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, enhancing, and supporting business processes that span multiple computing environments, with a focus on the Linux/Oracle area of IT.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support IT systems and infrastructure, including Linux and Oracle environments
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and systems
- Collaborate with systems analysts, business process owners, and local user experts to identify and implement system and process improvements
- Effectively utilize project methodology and tools to deliver solutions and communicate status
- Operate within and influence IS standards and conventions, promoting adherence within the IS organization
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
- Proficiency in SQL programming (SQL, T-SQL, or PL/SQL)
- Experience with.Net, C, C#, or Java programming is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external customers, other analysts, and management
- Solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and programming techniques
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing systems
