About the RoleThis is a full-time, Home Clinic position supporting the Dacula, GA clinic. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to our patients. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be empowered to run your own practice, making decisions about patient care and treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
- Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Perform administrative duties, including patient charting, follow-up, and inventory management.
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED training.
- Ability to work every other weekend and flexible scheduling.
