Custodial Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at Didlake, Inc. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

• Clean and maintain offices, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, escalators, break rooms, library, kitchenettes, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using a vacuum cleaner.
• Dust furniture and equipment, polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork, wash door panels and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, transports trash to the disposal area and recycle it to designated areas.
• Replenishes restroom supplies, responsible for producing quality work.
• Responsible for appropriate conduct and demeanor as dictated by Didlake policy.
• Responsible for following safety standards and guidelines in the proper use of equipment and other activities.
• Completes and maintains all Didlake required training.

• High School diploma/GED or 6 months of previous custodial work experience.
• Ability to carry out simple but detailed instructions.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers.
• Must possess a positive team member attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees with disabilities.
• Ability to work in environments with narrow, moving, and/or slippery surfaces.
