Key Responsibilities
Must be capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively on various assignments.

These tasks are diverse in nature, involving the collection, preparation, and analysis of various statistical and analytical data, reports, statements, studies, or projects.

Assignments may encompass Operations, Planning, and CIP areas.

Will be expected to take on a leadership role for PJM Projects alongside NERC, RF, and SERC task forces and working groups, while actively participating and leading electric industry forums.

Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and reasoning skills, polished verbal communication, and presentation abilities. The ability to effectively convey information to peers and PJM management is essential. Candidates should be able to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, explore potential solutions, and draw valid conclusions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the resolution of standards-related risks.

Engage in regular audits of each Transmission Owner's compliance with the designated tasks outlined in PJM's Transmission Owner/Transmission Operator Matrix to guarantee PJM's adherence to the NERC Reliability Standards. Review new or modified standards, procedures, or policies to identify necessary adjustments for ongoing compliance.

Support PJM personnel involved in Standards Drafting Teams, as well as NERC and Regional committees and working groups. Participate in standards evaluations and provide feedback as part of the NERC and Regional Standards Development Process. Formulate recommendations that offer guidance on NERC and Regional standards that directly affect PJM systems, capabilities, and reliability.

Collaborate with relevant PJM stakeholders to create, implement, and manage routine operational reports that document and demonstrate compliance with NERC and Regional standards.

Prepare PJM for NERC and Regional Compliance Audits, Spot Checks, and Self-Certifications. Update compliance tools, monitor the progress of audits and investigations, and maintain a library of compliance documentation.

Contribute to enhancing PJM's controls for requirements where non-compliance could lead to significant reliability, financial, or reputational consequences.
