Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance our long-term care services. The ideal candidate will provide tailored and comprehensive care to our residents, engaging in therapeutic interventions, performing medical evaluations, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report on behavioral indicators that may require preventive healthcare actions.
  • Understand the implications and potential risks associated with medications, including side effects and interactions.
  • Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, weight, and pulse.
  • Collect and analyze medical data in a timely manner.
  • Know how to contact healthcare providers and facilities in urgent situations.
