Assemble Medical Devices with Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team at Medtronic. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production and packaging of components used in our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
No prior experience is required for this role.
Benefits and CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. The starting base rate of pay for this position is $17.29 per hour, with a shift differential of $1.50 per hour. The position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
