Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting in Aurora, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop evidence-based care plans to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and satisfaction, leveraging data-driven insights to inform practice.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado, with a strong commitment to upholding professional standards.
  • BSN degree from an accredited nursing program, with a focus on Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
