Personal Shopper

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Membership by promoting the value of Company products and services
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
• Participate in sales and marketing events
• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards and procedures
• Fulfill Member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, and scanning items
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of Company products and services
