Critical Illness Recovery Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital in Richmond, VA.

**Job Summary:**

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
* Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
* Promote continuous quality improvement
* Teach and counsel patients and families

**Requirements:**

* Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Current state licensure
* ACLS certification within 6 months of hire

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* One year of related experience
