Position Summary

We are in search of licensed BCBAs in Pennsylvania who are eager to revolutionize the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services. We seek professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the realm of virtual mental healthcare for children and their caregivers. This role will report to the Integrated Care Manager and involves:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional, evidence-based one-on-one parenting sessions through the Little Otter platform for families with children aged 0-14 years.
  • Collaborating with therapists, psychiatrists, and other specialists to establish clear, measurable goals for families.
  • Creating tailored care plans to address unique family challenges and concerns.
  • Assisting parents in tracking progress and setbacks while providing valuable resources, strategies, and feedback.
  • Conducting sessions via video and chat, offering caregiver education, training, and personalized coaching.
  • Maintaining thorough clinical documentation for each patient, including intake notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  • Engaging in regular collaborative care meetings.
  • Participating in leadership discussions to share insights and contribute to the growth of Little Otter.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Master’s degree in Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Behavior Specialist license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in providing caregiver training and evidence-based interventions for children aged 0-14 years.
  • Proficient with technology and interested in integrating tech solutions into clinical practice.
  • Comfortable with delivering care through video platforms.
  • Strong belief in multi-disciplinary approaches and measurement-based practices, with a desire to learn from leading early childhood mental health professionals.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic startup environment.
  • At least two years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Must not be opted out of Medicare.
  • Exhibit empathetic support and constructive feedback when interacting with parents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families, particularly in the mental health field.

Work Schedule: We are looking for professionals who can commit to providing 10 hours of clinical care weekly, primarily after 3 PM EST. Attendance at a weekly manager meeting for 30 minutes is required, with additional clinical meetings encouraged but not mandatory. Compensation for meetings is included as part of your role.

Compensation:

This is a W2 position with an hourly rate of $60 per session. For 10 clinical sessions per week, this amounts to $2,400 per month or $27,000 annually.
