Unit Overview: As a Registered Nurse in our Neurology Progressive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population with a range of needs, enhancing your nursing practice. Our unit specializes in neurology, neurosurgery, gynecologic surgery, ENT, and other medical patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with complex medical needs in a 3-bed neuro step-down unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Benefits: $20K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time) and a competitive compensation package.
